What We Collect

Falio may collect account details such as your name and email address, profile details you provide in the app, uploaded images, reading history, purchase records, device identifier, push notification token, and usage or diagnostic data.

How We Use Data

We use this data to provide readings and related features, protect accounts, verify purchases, send notifications, respond to support requests, improve the app experience, and measure performance with analytics and advertising tools.

Third-Party Services

Falio may rely on services such as Apple, Google Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and app store billing infrastructure. These providers may process data according to their own policies while supporting Falio functionality.

Third-Party AI Services (chatGPT, OpenAI, fal.ai, Kling AI, Nano Banana, and similar providers)

Falio uses third-party AI infrastructure and model providers to generate content. In particular, we may route requests through fal.ai and use AI model providers available via fal.ai (for example, services such as ChatGPT, OpenAI, Kling AI, Nano Banana, and other similar providers) to process your prompts and uploaded media and return generated results.We obtain explicit user consent before transmitting any prompts, uploaded media, or related technical data to third-party AI providers.

What we send: When you use AI features, we may transmit the following to these third-party AI services:

Text prompts and settings you provide (e.g., style, aspect ratio, parameters).

Images/videos you upload or select for generation or transformation.

Technical data required to process the request (e.g., IP address and basic device/OS/network information).

Why we send it: This data is sent solely to generate the content you requested and to return the result to you.

Storage: We do not store your uploaded images/videos or prompts on our servers beyond what is necessary to process your request and deliver the generated output. We process the content temporarily and then delete it from our systems as soon as it is no longer needed for processing and delivery.

Please note that third-party AI providers may process data on their infrastructure to provide the service. These providers are governed by their own privacy practices and terms. We require our service providers to maintain appropriate data protection standards.

Retention and Deletion

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. You can request deletion of your account and personal data from within the app or by contacting support. Some payment, tax, or security records may be retained when required by law.

Your Choices

You can manage notifications in your device settings, request deletion of your account from the in-app account deletion screen, and contact support for privacy questions or data requests.

You can choose not to use AI features. If you use AI features, your prompts and uploaded media will be processed as described above. If you contact us for support, please avoid sending sensitive information.
